Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all parts and accessories that came with the product

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used water bottles or opened flavour pods cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or replacement, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.
