Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 5–7 working days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: R95

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over R1000

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. PureSip cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, PureSip is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
